By downloading or using Sleeps To, you agree to these terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our countdowns, Sleeps To is not responsible for any missed events, errors, or losses resulting from the use of the app.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and branding associated with Sleeps To are the exclusive property of Shaun Batstone. You may not decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

4. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data via private iCloud sync.
